Azienda Mastrocola is situated on a large panoramic site, with splendid views over the Marchigiana hills, with the dramatic Sibillini mountain range in the background.
The property stands on one hectare of land. It includes the main building; originally a farmhouse where the families lived on the first floor, with stabling on the ground floor, and the old tobacco drying tower to the side of the house.
The smaller building was formerly used to house animals. Both buildings are extensively restored and converted into seven individual units (houses and cottages), each with its own private garden and private access.
The old farmhouse and tobacco drying tower house 5 “town” houses, whilst the smaller building houses two characterful country cottages. The interior and exterior restoration of the buildings has been carried out in accordance with building regulations and is in keeping with traditional rural Marchigiana architecture, including stone facades, wood-beamed ceilings and floors with “terra cotta” tiles.
This spacious three bedroom holiday rental apartment provides circa 125 m2 of living space. It is also one of the three biggest apartments of Azienda Mastrocola. Downstairs is a large dining/living area with an open plan kitchen. Still on the ground floor you will find and a double bedroom and bathroom. This bedroom has French doors with access to the terrace.
Upstairs are a further two double bedrooms with shared spacious bathroom.
Furthermore, Lacrima has a large wide veranda and a private garden of circa 545 m2. Guests of Lacrima can enjoy sipping wine under the portico or cool-down in the long 18 meter swimming pool.
