Lacrima is a bright holiday apartment in Le Marche with a living area of 125 m². It is situated in the larger of the two holiday houses with a large outside portico with fantastic views over the garden, swimming pool and the hills. There is a large outside table with chairs, a lounge corner and a BBQ.

The spacious downstairs has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet. The washing machine is in a ‘cupboard’ under the stairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, four pit gas stove and oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine, along with plenty of glassware, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans.

Upstairs there are two large bedrooms both with a double bed, sharing a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

The apartment has airconditioning.

It has its own parking place and full use of the communal large pool measuring 5 x 18 metres.
