Vin Cotto is a spacious and luxe holiday apartment in Le Marche with a living area of 120 m². It is situated in the larger of the two holiday houses with a large outside portico with fantastic views over the private garden and the hills with the Sibillini mountains in the back. There is a large outside table with chairs, a lounge area and a BBQ.

The spacious downstairs has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with separate toilet with washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, four pit gas stove and oven, dishwasher, water cooker and coffee machine and plenty of glassware, dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans.

Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms, both en-suite. Each bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. In one of the bedrooms is a large loft with two single beds.

It has its own parking place and full use of the communal large pool measuring 5 x 18 metres.
