What makes the owners of the apartments of Azienda Mastrocola in Le Marche so unique? It’s quite simple: each holiday home at Azienda Mastrocola has a different owner. Therefore, each apartment is different and unique in terms of furnishings and decoration. The Dutch, Belgian, and English owners often come themselves to Le Marche on a holiday or a workation, in order to enjoy their Italian homes. This ensures that the interior of the apartments is not that of an average holiday accommodation without character, but is always very personalised. “After visiting Umbria for many years I decided that I would like to own my own little piece of Italy. After searching around Umbria for many months the viewing at Azienda Mastrocola was a bit of a ‘wild card’ as I had never visited Le Marche previously and knew very little about it.
As I travelled across the mountains, from the airport at Perugia for my first visit, I had a feeling that I was going to really like this property. The scenery on the drive across was stunning and as I drove into Loro Piceno I immediately fell in love with the little hillside town and all of the facilities that it has to offer. This feeling continued as I followed the estate agent to Mastrocola. It is impossible not to fall in love with the fantastic views and the beautiful estate that Azienda Mastrocola sits upon. My excitement continued as I viewed Vernaccia, my little house, and I knew regardless of not knowing the area at all, that I really wanted to make this my special home from home. I hope that you enjoy my home as much as I do and wish you the best of everything for your stay at Vernaccia.”

We always dreamed of one day being able to buy a house or apartment here. This dream has now become reality. When we visited the Verdicchio apartment at Azienda Mastrocola during a viewing we were literally sold. The location, the view, the tranquility and the atmosphere… really great!

“We have been coming to Le Marche in beautiful Italy for years. Often you discover very nice new places with beautiful views. But our house Rosso Conero still has the best view. From the terrace you can see the entire hilly landscape and the snowy mountain tops. Every day and every moment of the day it looks different. The long journey from Schalkhaar in the Netherlands to Azienda Mastrocola is very easy to do when you know which wonderful place you are going to. Enjoy it immediately. Our children Feline and Thijn are very happy with the large swimming pool and of course the good Wifi connection. Father and mother can go out and visit medieval villages and taste wine at one of the many wine farmers in the area.“

“Hello,
We are Tineke and Chris from Falerio. Our house is located at the end of the smaller building. Under the terras cover it has a full free view over the valley. The house has two bedrooms and a recently renewed bathroom. The kitchen, which is combined with a living, is equipped with an induction cooking, oven, nespresso apparatus and all household effects. On the terras you can use the table chairs as well as the sun beds (not for the swimming pool). For cooling down in summer we have airconditioning. For activities in the environment one can find an updated map for that purpose.
We are convinced you’ll have a splendid stay in our house.“
