Verdicchio is a luxe holiday apartment in Le Marche with a living area of 115 m². It is situated in the larger of the two holiday houses with a large outside portico with fantastic views over the garden, swimming pool and the hills. There is a large outside table with chairs and a BBQ.

The spacious downstairs has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with separate toilet with washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, four pit gas stove and oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine, along with plenty of glassware, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans.

Upstairs there are two large bedrooms both en-suite. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds where a third fold-up bed can be added. Each bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

The apartment has airconditioning.

It has its own parking place and full use of the communal large pool measuring 5 x 18 metres.
