Falerio is a cosy holiday apartment in Le Marche with a living area of 74 m². It is situated on the short side of the two houses which stand apart from the main building. From the outside portico one has a fantastic view over the garden, swimming pool and the hills, along with the Sibillini mountains in the back. There is an outside table with chairs and a BBQ. The apartment is all on the ground floor.

From the portico through large French doors one steps into the open plan kitchen, dining and living area. For the colder months there is a woodburning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine, along with plenty of glassware, dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans.

Furthermore there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The shared bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and washing machine. There is airconditioning.

It has its own parking place and full use of the communal large pool measuring 5 x 18 metres.
