The old farmhouse and tobacco drying tower will house 5 town houses, whilst the smaller building will house two characterful country cottages. The interior and exterior restoration of the buildings is being carried out in accordance with building regulations and is in keeping with traditional rural Marchigiana architecture, including stone facades, wood-beamed ceilings and floors with terra cotta tiles. The outside of the houses will be a mix of old brick and lovely rich Mediterranean plaster.
All houses and cottages have independent facilities including parking, heating, electricity, water, satellite TV and telephone connection. Common areas include the swimming pool and its surroundings.
Each villa and cottage has its own separate entrance through its own private garden and patio. A small service road runs around the property to bring you to your private parking place.
The view from each unit is unspoiled and spectacular. Azienda Mastocola is a place of tranquillity and peacefulness.
The restoration is well documented with photos showing the high quality of building with in many cases antique and original materials.
